Carrow Construction works with both private companies and public entities. Our projects – which range from $300,000 to $5,000,000 – consist of small demolition, site construction, underground utilities, and structural concrete.

We have worked on several schools, including Delaware Technical Community College, Delaware State University, Howard High School, and various projects within the Appoquinimink School District.

In addition, we have completed projects for local libraries, several Family Dollar locations, Delaware Route 9, Town of Delmar, and several varieties of roadway projects.
