At Construction Information Systems, Inc. We may collect publicly available information about you from authoritative third-party sources, such as government procurement records, state business registrations, business licenses filings, and official vendor lists (e.g., New York City Housing Authority, etc.) (the "Public Sources"). We may use this publicly available information to create a profile for you, or your company, or to supplement the personal data previously collected from you when you registered on our Site, registered for a demo, engaged with us as a former client, or otherwise interacted with our Services. We may also use this publicly available information to improve our Services and Site. Any personal data that we collect about you from the Public Sources shall be treated in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

If we are unable to verify that your personal data is from the Public Sources, we will remove, redact, and/or anonymize such data on our Site. Please understand that removing your personal data from our Site may limit certain platform functionalities and business opportunities available to you.
We require our affiliates, vendors, and service providers to maintain the confidentiality of all information that we share with them and to use such information only in accordance with the obligations set forth in the agreements we have with them.

USERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
CIS stores its information, including your personal data, and hosts its Site in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States or are using our Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The laws that apply to the use and protection of personal data in the United States or other countries or jurisdictions in which we transfer or process personal data may be different than the laws and protections in your country.
