WG Project Management is an organization composed of professionals providing “Owner’s Representative” or “Project Management” services to our clients.
The role of a Project Management firm is to essentially manage the overall schedule and budget for design & construction projects. For institutions that rarely build or renovate their building projects, WG becomes their temporary Real Estate & Facilities Department. The reality is that in-house staff have full time jobs managing their present operation, whereas WG manages design and construction projects on a full time basis during the project period.
By being involved early on, WG develops and executes the project plan properly, ultimately ensuring the overall success of the project. In controlling the many variables of a project at an early stage, project success rates increase dramatically and we typically save our clients significantly more than the cost of our fees on the project.
